Cupcake decorating kit. Great for Valentines Day and School Parties.

Individual cupcake decorating kit for kids
I did this for a School Valentines Day party. It was so much fun for the kids and it kept them from making a huge mess and they got to take their decorated cupcake home in the container. A lot of kids said they were going to give the cupcake to their mom or sibling for Valentines Day.

Individual kits for decorating cupcakes. Great for school parties.

  • Containers (I got them at Wal-Mart, a pack of  7 for $2.97 Great Value Brand w/attached lids)
  • Heart Dollie on the bottom
  • 2 Small cupcake liners for sprinkles
  • Small Condiment cup with lid for the frosting (I got a pack of 50ct for $2.97 at Wal-Mart)
  • Large Popsicle stick for spreading the frosting. You can get a 50-100 ct bag for like $2 or $3 dollars.
  • Sprinkles and Frosting
  • And of course a cupcake or cookie.
I made enough for a class of 21 kids and it cost less than $20.00 total.

Swedish Fish Sushi (no fish, just sweets!)

Just 3 simple ingredients!
I made these for my sister, who LOVES sushi, but couldn't have any at the time because she was pregnant. Not the same, I know. But she loved it.

Super Hero Capes for boys birthday party

Super Hero Capes. I had a Super Hero themed party for my son and everyone had their own cape. Even the adults! (I think they had more fun with them)

All you need:
  • Plastic table cloths
  • Elastic or ribbon
  • Super Hero logos (I printed them on regular paper and taped them on)
  • Scissors
  • Clear tape

Peacock Feather Craft

Wooden letter, purchase at any craft store. I used real Peacock feathers, mod podge and purple glitter. Brush mod podge on the letter then lay the feather on top then lightly brush only the tips all the way around the feather. Then sprinkle the glitter(which is obviously optional). If you try to lay the feather down and then brush it with mod podge it will clump and look like the fourth feather from the top. Laying the feather on top and brushing the tips keeps it soft and colorful.
